The kind of reduction a buying tier applies.
Possible Values
#
FIXED_PRICE
A fixed total price for one full tier, see fixedPrice.
NONE
The tier only bundles units, the price per unit is unchanged.
PERCENTAGE
A percentage off the regular unit price, see reduction.
